Required Information
Your DMCA takedown notice must include:

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification. This must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your consent to local federal court jurisdiction
Important Notes
- False claims may result in legal liability
- We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours
- Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated
- We reserve the right to remove content while investigating claims
